Role: Founder's Office - Strategy & Growth As part of the Founder's Office, you will operate as an extension of the founders - solving high-leverage problems across product, growth, investments, operations, and strategy. Your role is fluid: part product thinker, part strategic operator, part execution engine. You'll work across business lines, break bottlenecks, run strategic projects, and help scale the company from ground up. Expect to switch between market research, investor calls, financial models, GTM docs, product flows, and ops challenges — often in the same day. If you thrive in ambiguity, like building from zero, and want front-row exposure to 0→1 and 1→10 company building, you'll feel at home here. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Founder Leverage - Work closely with founders to turn vision into actionable workstreams - Research markets, competitors, and category opportunities - Build and refine business models, investor narratives & strategic plans - Drive cross-functional execution across product, finance, content & investments - Take ownership for solving strategic business problems end-to-end Growth & GTM - Assist in building acquisition funnels and GTM playbooks - Identify & pursue high-leverage partnerships, distribution & demand channels - Support content, events, and community initiatives for investor growth - Run experiments across funnels, track metrics, and optimize for scale - Plan & execute founder-led growth motions (thought leadership, network loops, events) Ops, Execution & Special Projects - Own special projects across product, deals, operations & finance - Create dashboards, decision memos, and internal process frameworks - Ensure smooth execution for critical initiatives (launches, deals, campaigns) - Step into bottlenecks — fix what's stuck, build what doesn't exist yet - Create clarity → align stakeholders → drive results You're a Great Fit If You - 2–4 years experience in consulting, VC, IB, growth stage startup, PMO, or Chief of Staff role - Strong analytical & problem-solving ability (financial + market + product thinking) - Exceptional communication, structured thinking & presentation skills - Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous, zero-process environments - Curious about fintech, investing, wealth, and emerging asset classes - Can think like a founder: resourceful, high-ownership, bias-to-action, low ego Bonus Points - Experience with operators, founders, VCs, or investor communities - Comfort with dashboards, basic SQL, writing, and product tools - You consume startup content — podcasts, blogs, VC Twitter, founder interviews What You'll Get - Direct exposure to founders, operators, investors & ecosystem leaders - Hyper-accelerated learning curve — strategy + execution + investing + growth - Opportunity to build a category-defining wealth platform from first principles - Ownership, autonomy, and the ability to move the company daily - A culture that values speed, clarity, intelligence, and humor We're early.
