About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join Founder's Office. As a part of the Founder's Office, the Strategy and Operations, you will play a critical role in supporting the strategic growth and operational efficiency of the company. You will work closely with the Founders and senior leadership to execute key business initiatives and streamline operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a passion for strategy, operations, and making an impact in the emergency care sector. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to support business growth and operational excellence. - Analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and recommend operational improvements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and business processes. - Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and new market opportunities. - Help in building operational frameworks and processes to support scalability and efficiency. - Contribute to internal communications, reports, and presentations for senior leadership. - Manage and track progress of key business projects and provide regular updates to the Founders. - Support the Founders in decision-making through research, analysis, and operational support. Ideal Candidate: - Education: A recent graduate (or postgraduate) with a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or any related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent tools. - Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and work in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for making a meaningful impact in the world of emergency response. - A proactive, self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, startup environment. - Collaborative and team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
