ABOUT THE ROLE: FOUNDER'S OFFICE (DEBT FOCUS) We are hiring entry-level professionals/Interns to join the Founder's Office, working directly with the Founders and core leadership team specifically supporting our Debt Advisory vertical in Construction, Renewables, and Solar sectors. This is a highly dynamic, cross-functional, and founder-facing role offering deep exposure to debt fundraising, project finance, deal structuring, and investor relations. This position is ideal for candidates passionate about finance and debt markets, eager to build a long-term career in financial consulting and fundraising. LOCATION & TIMINGS - Location: Greater Kailash II, South Delhi - (Preference will be given to candidates residing in/around South Delhi or along the Magenta Line) - Timings: 11:00 AM 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday | No WFH | No Hybrid, except under unavoidable circumstances) - Minimum Commitment: 12 months SALARY AND GROWTH - Salary: 15,000 18,000/month for the first 3 months during the Probation Period. - Performance-based increments post probation (based on deliverables, ownership & initiative) - PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) opportunities for high-performing interns KEY RESPONSIBILITES - Work directly with the Founders on Debt Fundraising, Project Finance, and Deal Execution. - Assist in financial analysis, credit assessment, investor documentation, and proposal drafting. - Support debt syndication and liaison with banks/NBFCs/investors for renewable, solar, and infrastructure projects. - Conduct sectoral research (construction, renewables, solar) and prepare project summaries, teasers, and investor notes. - Manage outreach campaigns and maintain fundraising pipelines & documentation. - Handle founders coordination, investor/client communication, and meeting documentation. - Collaborate with internal teams for business development and strategic initiatives. WHO SHOULD APPLY We are looking for analytical, proactive, and confident individuals who are eager to learn and grow under direct founder mentorship. Education Background: - B.Com / B.A. (Eco Hons) / M.Com - Candidates pursuing or having completed CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) are highly preferred. - Only for graduates or distance/SOL students (not regular college students) due to full-time office requirements. You should be: - Strong with numbers, financial statements, and business understanding. - Excellent in written & verbal communication (English proficiency required). - Confident, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Able to manage multiple tasks, meetings, and client interactions with professionalism. - Based in or near South Delhi for regular office presence. - Prior internship experience in finance, consulting, or banking is a plus.
