We’re backed by real operations, real scale, and real impact—powering onboarding kits, merchandise stores, and automated gifting workflows for brands across India.This is where tech meets operations, storytelling meets execution, and ideas meet action.If you love ownership, speed, and chaos → you’ll love us.Role OverviewA Founder’s Office Intern at 9to5 is not a “regular intern.”You will be the right hand to the founder , working across strategy, growth, operations, brand, content, partnerships, and problem-solving .You’ll get a front-row seat to how a startup is scaled and you’ll actually help drive the scale.Think of this role as:0 to 1 builder + 1 to 100 executor + founder’s brain extension.What You Will Do1. Growth & StrategyWork directly with the Founder on high-impact strategic initiatives.Identify new business opportunities, enterprise segments, and outreach channels.Build GTM strategies for SaaS onboarding products & corporate gifting solutions.Assist in fundraising decks, pitch material, and strategic documentation.2. Operations & ExecutionCoordinate with warehouse, client servicing, and design teams to ensure smooth delivery.Solve real-time bottlenecks across procurement, logistics, and onboarding workflows.Structure processes that improve speed, quality, and accountability.3. Business DevelopmentAssist in identifying & reaching out to enterprise prospects (HR, Admin, Procurement).Sit in on sales calls, prepare proposals, and track follow-ups.4. Content, Branding & CommunicationWork with the founder to create powerful LinkedIn content, storytelling, and brand IP.Help ideate campaigns for 9to5’s SaaS and gifting verticals.Coordinate with influencers, agencies, and internal creative teams.5. Research & InsightsCompetitor research across gifting, HRMS, onboarding automation & SaaS ecosystems.Build insights on pricing, models, product opportunities, and brand benchmarks.Who You Are (The Ideal Fit)You think like a founder: resourceful, fast, brutally honest, and execution-first.You can wear multiple hats: strategy → operations → research → content → BD.You understand startup speed and don’t get overwhelmed by it.You love building things from scratch.You are strong in communication (written and verbal).You’re hungry to learn, grow, and take ownership.You believe in solving problems, not finding excuses.Freshers, final-year students, or early-career talent are welcome as long as you have the spark.What You’ll GainDirect mentorship from the Founder & core leadership.High-ownership projects and real decision-making exposure.Hands-on experience in SaaS, operations, enterprise sales & brand building.Opportunity to convert into a full-time Founder’s Office Associate after internship.The adrenaline rush of building a fast-scaling startup from ground level.
