Key Responsibilities - Work directly with the Founder on day-to-day activities - Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of company projects - Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents - Coordinate cross-team communication and ensure follow-ups - Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Founder - Gather data, perform basic analysis, and share insights - Support in client calls, vendor communication, and partnerships - Maintain project trackers and ensure timely updates - Handle confidential information responsibly - Act as the Founder's representative when required Skills Required - Strong verbal & written communication - Good research and analytical ability - Time management and multi-tasking skills - Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace - Problem-solving and high ownership - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - High sense of ownership & responsibility.
