Job Description Founder's Office Job Description Location: Indore (Work from Office) Experience: 03 Years (Flexible based on capability) Budget : 4 - 10 LPA Role Type: Full-time | High Ownership | Strategic | Multi-FunctionalAbout the Role We're looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly driven individual to join the Founder's Office at Walkover. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, managing cross-functional initiatives, and working closely with founders to drive business growth, strategic execution, and product innovation. You will act as an extension of the founderbringing clarity, structure, and momentum across the organization. Strong logic, result orientation, and the ability to work with diverse personalities (from Gen Z to Millennials) are essential.What You'll Do - Work directly with the founders on strategic, operational, and product initiatives. - Drive and manage high-priority projects across product, marketing, HR, operations, and business. - Identify gaps in processes, communication, and workflows, and propose actionable improvements. - Own special initiatives that contribute to company growth and cross-functional alignment. - Follow up on tasks across teams to ensure accountability and progress. - Help convert ambiguous problems into structured plans with logical, outcome-driven thinking. What We're Looking For - Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. - Communication, presentation, and stakeholder management with Good Understanding abilities. - A result-centric mindset with high ownership and a get-things-done attitude. - Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Comfortable working without rigid structuresagile and self-driven. - Ability to deal effectively with diverse personalities including Gen Z, Millennials, and cross-functional teams. Good to Have - Experience working in SaaS, tech, or product-driven companies. - Understanding of product metrics, product thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. - Interest in technology or tech-focused hobbies, showing curiosity and a learning mindset. - Experience breaking down ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable outcomes.
