Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of analysts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who ensures operational excellence, drives efficiency, and motivates the team to deliver with accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities

- Manage a group of 1015 analysts, providing guidance, structure, and support.
- Conduct regular reviews of team output to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Offer continuous coaching and mentoring, helping team members grow in performance and capability.
- Track performance against established metrics for productivity, accuracy, and turnaround.
- Collaborate across global teams to resolve escalated issues effectively and quickly.
- Build expertise in internal platforms and tools to provide timely solutions for operational queries.
- Identify gaps in processes and introduce improvements that increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Encourage a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.
- Communicate clearly, positively, and proactively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Support organizational priorities by contributing to ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
- Perform quality checks on client-facing systems and oversee the resolution of identified issues.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and an environment of respect within the team.

Minimum Qualifications

- At least 4 years of professional experience, with 1 year or more in a leadership role.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including building and interpreting formulas.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong aptitude for quickly learning new systems and teaching others.
- Demonstrated ability to guide others in resolving complex challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities in a demanding environment.
- Bachelors degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior leadership experience in transaction-heavy operations.
- Advanced Excel knowledge, including macros and data visualization techniques.
