Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Team Lead / Sr. Executive Backend (Mutual Funds) to manage and oversee backend operations in our Mutual Funds vertical. The role involves handling transaction processing, reconciliations, reporting, and coordination with R&T agents and AMCs to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage backend operations related to mutual fund transactions including purchase, redemption, switch, and SIPs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of all mutual fund transactions.
  • Handle reconciliation of transactions between internal systems, RTA, and AMCs.
  • Work closely with Tech/Product teams for process automation and backend improvements.
  • Monitor daily reports, resolve exceptions, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Liaise with AMCs, RTAs (like CAMS, Karvy), and custodian banks for operational support.
  • Support compliance and audit requirements by maintaining proper documentation and data accuracy.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on process best practices and quality control.
