Position Title - Transaction Processing Representative

Must have keywords to screen resumes - Asset Servicing or Corporate Actions.

Equivalent Grade/Career level

Job Description and Important fields to look upon while sourcing The incumbent of this role must be able to perform equity settlements (Fails management, Pre-matching & Depot/Nostro reconciliation) for most of the mature and complex markets in timely manner to ensure all the SLAs are met. The incumbent should be able to think out of the box and challenge the existing process to ensure continuous improvement. Should have knowledge of Mandatory Corporate actions (Stock split, consolidation, merger, spinoff..) and Voluntary corporate actions(Rights issue, Tender offer, DRIP, IPO, Bids..) Notify internal & external parties of all incoming corporate events. Ensure proper stock reconciliation on Ex date and Record date. Instruct at the deadline to the custodian. Request & check all corporate actions bookings are into FO systems before Pay date. Payment/receipts of dividend for normal and SBL trades. Processing of Withholding tax. Liaise with external parties and receive/make payment in due time. Follow up and analyze all cash & stocks discrepancies. Respond promptly to FO, MO, external counterparties requests. Improve BO processes. Assist and test the release of new information systems. Ensure that policies, procedures, best practices, mission, and objectives set by management are adhered to on daily discharge of duties. Ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by management.

Shift -1:00Pm to 10:00pm (UK Working Hours)

Location - Bangalore

Work from office/Home (Hybrid Model).
