The role requires a strategic and execution-focused leader to drive growth, strengthen market presence, and scale the business through strong channel and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a robust regional sales strategy to achieve 3X revenue growth in Pune.
- Identify and prioritize key markets, cities and retail channels to drive market penetration for both BA and NBA.
- Strengthen distributor and retailer networks, ensuring the right partner selection and coverage.
- Drive activations, visibility and category development strategies in alignment with national objectives.
- Establish processes for inventory planning, order management and stock availability at all key touchpoints.
- Lead a high-performance sales team, setting clear targets and ensuring execution excellence.
- Monitor market trends, category performance and competitive activity to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications:

- 812 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty or personal care industry.
- Proven ability to scale brands from early-stage to high growth.
- Deep understanding of channel dynamics, retailer relationships and distributor management.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to sales and business development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
