Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in Kolkata. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the customer base, identifying sales opportunities, and meeting with clients to discuss their needs. Daily tasks include setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will train and oversee the performance of sales representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

- Proven sales experience and strong understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the home care services or similar industry is a plus
