Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & Sales Specialist at Imakeur – The School of Elegance, based in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end marketing and sales operations, from generating leads to closing deals, while representing the brand’s luxury identity. This role requires a strategic thinker and an execution powerhouse who can build strong customer relationships, grow revenue, and create meaningful brand experiences. Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marketing and sales roles. - Strong background in tele-sales, in-person sales, and lead conversion. - Hands-on experience in digital marketing (social media, email, chat & WhatsApp campaigns). - Ability to build and manage marketing funnels, track performance, and achieve targets. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both online and offline. - Strong strategic thinking and execution skills to plan and implement campaigns. - Experience in luxury / premium service industries or personal branding is an added advantage. - Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end marketing and sales activities. - Proficiency in CRM tools, digital ads, and social media platforms. - Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kochi
