Job Title Deputy Manager - Security Summary responsibility Accountability He is accountable to ensure that work is carried out as per DLF Safety management System Spread safety procedures safety awareness across down team OH S Responsibility To ensure DLF HSSE Policy is understood by self and co-workers To ensure safety management system DLF Safety standard SOPs EGs Lesson Learnt HSSE procedures is implemented and communicated to the team To ensure HS W Objectives are understood and individual objectives are completed as per the defined target date To identify risk at his work place control measures are implemented and communicated to concerned employees Actively Participation in Employee Consultation Forum and other OH S related meetings To report all incidents NMCs SOTs that have occurred are reported and take participation as per IISC GROUP GUIDELINES SO procedures To attend all the training as per TNI and Training plan Incident Investigation of any major occurrence related to security and safety Coordination with Law enforcement arms Traffic Management within buildings surroundings areas Checks on unauthorized parking Audit of DMDRP on weekly basis Training of FSOTs supervisors guards on weekly and daily basis Briefing of SOPs to FSOTs supervisors guards Carried out routine check of security equipment Upkeep of CCTV camera on 24X7 bases Audit of security documents and registers Audit of lost and found First to react in case of any emergency in any building Threat analysis of buildings on daily basis Training and briefing of QRT and Traffic Marshalls Participating in emergency exercises Requesting that all incidents are investigated promptly and take appropriate steps for preventing recurrence C W PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES INDIA JOB DESCRIPTION Security Office INCO Cushman Wakefield
