We're Hiring: Deputy Manager / Manager – Human Resources (Talent Acquisition)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team as Deputy Manager / Manager – HR.

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 5-7 years

Industry: IT / ITES

Role Focus: Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities — from sourcing to onboarding.


• Support other key areas of HR including Performance Management System (PMS), Training & Development (T&D), and Employee Engagement initiatives.


• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure effective manpower planning and timely hiring.


• Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Preferred Profile:


• Master's degree in HR / Management or related field.


• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


• Proven track record in hiring across diverse functions, preferably in the IT / ITES industry.
