Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager located in Gurugram. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing retail operations, managing teams, ensuring compliance with policies, optimizing processes, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities also include coordinating with various departments, analyzing performance metrics, and developing strategies for improvement. The role involves regular communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Proficiency in performance analysis and strategy development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Knowledge of retail software solutions such as POS, ERP, and Ecommerce Order Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
  • Experience in the retail industry is a significant plus
