Job Description - Design and execute learning and development initiatives to support employee growth. - Collaborate with departmental heads to identify training needs and align them with business goals. - Develop and deliver employee engagement programmes to enhance workplace culture. - Monitor the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make necessary improvements. - Manage budgets and resources for training and engagement activities. - Coordinate with external training vendors to provide specialised learning solutions. - Maintain records of training programmes and employee participation. - Act as a point of contact for all learning and engagement-related queries. The Successful Applicant A successful Deputy Manager, Learning & Engagement should have: - A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in learning and development or employee engagement within the industrial or manufacturing sector. - Strong knowledge of the ceramic industry and its workforce dynamics. - Excellent project management and organisational skills. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively. - Proficiency in utilising learning management systems and training tools. - A results-driven mindset with a focus on employee growth and satisfaction.
