We are looking Deputy Manager-IT System Infrastructure for MNC based in Gurgaon Windows Server Administration - Experience in Managing Virtualized Environment using Hyper-V Configuration and troubleshooting of various operating systems like Windows 2012 2016 2019 Strong Technical knowledge on Windows 10 and Windows server OS Install upgrade support and troubleshoot Windows 10 Install upgrade support and troubleshoot for hardware scanner Printer etc Installation Configuration troubleshoot of Office Suite Basic installation troubleshooting knowledge on Windows 2012 and above server Operating system Technical skills related to Desktop Patch Management Software Installation and Basic Networking skills Install configure and maintain regular updates of Endpoint Security Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers laptops and any other Hardware devices Maintaining inventory of Assets documents vendor reports and Vendor interactions Knowledge of Local System policies and Group policies Knowledge on Work group Domain DNS DHCP AD Exchange O365 Managing the complete Ticketing work flow Knowledge on service operational reviews ensuring SLA KPI and other data information is provided to assist with such reviews SCCM Administrator - Knowledge of Installing Configuring and Administration of SCCM Knowledge of Deploying Operating system to end system Laptop Desktop and Servers using SCCM Knowledge of Checking client and non-client systems using SCCM Updating monthly Windows Microsoft patches to all Clients Generating the reports Hardware Software Application deployment through Deploying Microsoft application to laptops and desktops using SCCM Deploying Non-Microsoft applications to laptops and desktops using SCCM Backup Administration - Experience in Netbackup Good Understanding of Backup technology Veritas NetBackup Good Understanding of Backup technology Veritas NetBackup Architecture 8 3 and above Candidate should have good knowledge on the understanding of Backup Architecture Backup components Good understanding of Operating systems Windows Linux Able to troubleshoot Backup failures on VMs SQL Exchange Oracle RMAN DB2 Able to perform restore via Veritas NetBackup with respect to VM SQL Exchange NDMP Administrative knowledge of EMC Data domain Veritas NetBackup appliances Veritas Access Opscenter Media Servers Should have basic knowledge of Unix and windows administration Ability to work and coordinate with different teams Wintel SMG etc Awareness of ITIL concept Good Communication learning and documentation skills Salary- 10LPA Qualification- Btech MCA If interested Pls share updated resume at Liltesh s cielhr com
