Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
