Work Profile: Sales Representative in EV Charging Station Infrastructure Company

Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative in an EV Charging Station Infrastructure Company, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our company's products and services to potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify their needs, and offer suitable charging solutions for electric vehicles. You will be an integral part of expanding the company's market presence and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement: Actively engage with potential clients, including commercial businesses, municipalities, property developers, and other relevant stakeholders, to understand their EV charging infrastructure requirements.

2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's EV charging station products, services, and their technical specifications. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.

3. Sales Generation: Proactively generate sales leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking events, trade shows, and referrals. Present compelling product demonstrations and proposals tailored to customers' specific needs, highlighting the benefits of our charging solutions.

4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, establishing trust and becoming a reliable point of contact. Regularly follow up with existing and potential clients to provide support, address queries, and offer solutions.

5. Collaborative Approach: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and customer support, to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction. Leverage cross-functional expertise to offer comprehensive solutions to clients.

6. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target segments, market trends, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to the management team on customer requirements, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM systems. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the clean energy or automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
