Job Description Key Responsibilities - Assist in conducting research to identify potential leads within the IT and technology services industry - Learn to use and support outreach through tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other platforms - Support the development and execution of targeted lead generation strategies - Help in qualifying leads based on company-defined criteria - Draft and send introductory outreach emails under supervision - Update and maintain lead data in the company's CRM system - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for lead nurturing - Contribute to creating targeted lead lists and segmentation strategies - Track basic metrics related to lead generation activities - Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve processes Qualifications and Requirements Educational Requirements - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development concepts Skills & Attributes - Strong interest in sales, marketing, or business development - Good research and analytical skills - Willingness to learn lead generation tools (LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.) - Basic communication and writing skills, especially in email writing - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn - Ability to work independently and as part of a team What You'll Gain - Hands-on experience in real-world lead generation strategies - Exposure to industry-standard tools and CRM systems - Mentorship from experienced professionals in sales and marketing - Opportunity to contribute to meaningful business development initiatives - A letter of recommendation or internship certificate upon successful completion - Potential consideration for future full-time roles based on performance Performance Expectations - Demonstrate consistent learning and application of lead generation methods - Show initiative in researching and identifying potential leads - Complete tasks in a timely and organized manner - Maintain accuracy in data entry and reporting - Contribute positively to team discussions and goals -
