Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing the Projects & Escalation Management

- Manage bothPMKVY and non-PMKVY assessments.
- Addressescalationsrelated to training and assessments.

2. Monitoring of Key Projects

3.Overseeing ofAccreditation & ToT/ToA

- ManageTP Accreditation & Affiliationon SIDH and LSC portals.
- Monitor and trackTraining of Trainers (ToT)andTraining of Assessors (ToA).

4.Proposal Writing

- Draft and submit proposals toState Bodies, Ministries, and CSR partners.

5.Reporting & Coordination

- Submit periodic reports toNSDC, NCVET, MSDE, and other stakeholders.
- Represent LSC in meetings related toTraining & Assessment.
- Verify invoices fromImplementation Partners and Assessment Agencies.
- GenerateAssessment Assignment Analysis Reportsfor CEO review.
- Ensure close coordination withTPs, AAs, Ministries, NCVET, MSDE, andState Bodiesfor successful project execution.
