Role Snapshot

You'll be the face of the agency for clients managing relationships, coordinating campaigns, tracking performance, and ensuring results. No people management (yet), but

full ownership of client success.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

- Experience: 35 years of experience in a client servicing or account management role at a digital marketing agency, managing multiple client accounts and campaigns.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of key digital marketing channels and services (performance/PPC marketing, SEO, social media, branding, web design/development, etc.) and how to leverage them to drive client results.
- Analytics Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Business Suite, SEO tools), with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation and client relationship-building abilities; able to convey campaign plans and performance results to clients clearly and confidently.
- Organization & Coordination: Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-output, fast-paced environment, along with a proven capacity to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Proactive Ownership: Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven attitude, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for client success; able to take initiative to solve problems, improve processes, and drive outcomes without waiting for direction.
- Adaptability: Versatility to wear multiple hats and adapt to changing priorities and client needs; comfortable working in a small-team environment where flexibility and a hands-on approach are valued
