
Client Success Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Client Success Manager to join our passionate team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement strategies that drive customer retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that engage and retain customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the EdTech industry.
- Proven track record of success in customer retention and growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Marketing.
- A competitive salary range of ₹4L-₹6L per annum.
