The Key Accounts Manager will oversee and manage relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include conducting business planning, analyzing client needs, maintaining strong customer service standards, and identifying new opportunities for growth. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure effective solutions are provided to client issues is also a key aspect of this role. Qualifications - Strong Account Management and Key Accounts management skills to build and nurture client relationships. - Proficient in Analytical Skills to evaluate data, develop insights, and make informed decisions. - Experience in Business Planning to contribute to the development and execution of business strategies. - Excellent Customer Service skills to address client needs and maintain high satisfaction levels. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment. - Previous experience in a similar role and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
