We're Hiring: Key Accounts Manager - OEM (Battery / Power / EV Industry) Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Reporting To: Business Head Experience: 10+ Years Industry Preference: Battery / Power / EV Mandatory: OEM Sales Experience Role Type: Individual Contributor (IC Role) About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Accounts Manager to independently manage and grow OEM business in West Bengal. This role demands strong relationship management, commercial expertise, and a drive to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities 1️ Key Account Management - Independently manage and nurture existing OEM accounts. - Ensure seamless order fulfilment and quick resolution of issues. - Conduct regular business reviews to sustain and grow partnerships. 2️ New Business Development - Identify, target, and onboard new OEM customers across West Bengal. - Build a strong lead pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue. - Deliver impactful product demos and technical presentations. 3️ Sales & Target Achievement - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals. - Maintain accurate sales forecasts and funnel reports. - Track market trends and monitor competitor activities. 4️ Commercial & Contract Management - Lead pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract closures. - Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding. - Support account profitability and uphold commercial discipline. 5️ Market Insights & Growth Opportunities - Stay updated on customer needs and emerging opportunities. - Identify new OEM pockets and drive regional expansion. - Share market insights with leadership for strategic planning.
