Position: Sales Manager Crane Rental (Chennai)

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 50,000 to 1,00,000 per month (depending on experience). Open for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow crane rental business in Chennai and nearby regions.
- Identify and onboard new customers while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability and timely mobilisation of cranes.
- Understand client requirements and prepare competitive offers using MYCRANEs platform.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing in the region.
- Achieve monthly sales and contribute to business strategy.
- Report activities and pipeline updates to management.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in crane rental, heavy equipment, or construction sectors.
- Strong network of contacts in Chennai and neighbouring industrial/construction hubs.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to use online tools for quotations and enquiries.
