Key Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and acquire new customers within the assigned territory or market segment.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to proposal presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively articulate their value proposition to potential clients.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system, preparing regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer Skills & 2 to 5 years of proven experience in a Sales Manager or a similar sales-driven role.
- Post-Graduation/Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient, with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Familiarity with the Chennai market is a plus
