About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities who can drive revenue growth, lead high-performing teams, and build long-term client relationships.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing both existing accounts and new business development, aligning sales strategy with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored product/service solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular communication and service excellence.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts.
Forecasting & Reporting
- Create accurate sales forecasts and pipelines using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adjust plans accordingly.
Market & Territory Development
- Expand presence in assigned territories or verticals.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company.
- Gather market intelligence to drive product and pricing Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, CRM systems, and customer lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with the industry and region-specific market trends is a plus
