Job Description Job Purpose: To drive the sales of Care Health Insurance products through our bancassurance partners, cultivating strong relationships with bank branch personnel to achieve ambitious sales targets. This role is instrumental in activating bank branches, enhancing the productivity of bank staff in selling insurance, and ensuring seamless collaboration to maximize business generation. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving Sales Targets: Develop and execute strategic plans to consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets for health insurance products through the bancassurance channel. - Increase in Number of Active Branches: Identify, engage, and onboard new bank branches to actively participate in selling Care Health Insurance products, thereby expanding the distribution network. - Encouraging Bank Staff: Motivate, support, and actively engage bank branch managers and staff to promote and sell health insurance products effectively. Foster a collaborative environment to drive insurance business. - Arranging Training Programs for Bank Staff on Products: Coordinate and facilitate regular training sessions for bank personnel to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and understanding of Care Health Insurance offerings. - Increasing Productivity: Implement initiatives and provide ongoing support to boost the sales productivity of bank branches and individual bank staff involved in bancassurance. This includes joint sales calls, pipeline reviews, and problem-solving. Critical Competencies: - Professional Degree: Possess a relevant professional degree. - Product Knowledge: Sound and comprehensive knowledge of health insurance products and market dynamics. - Action Planning: Strong ability to develop actionable plans and execute them effectively to achieve desired outcomes. - Good Relationship with BMs / Bank Staff: Proven capability to build and maintain excellent relationships with Bank Managers (BMs) and other bank staff. - Good Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities for clear and persuasive interactions. - Persuasive: Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills to influence sales outcomes and foster partnerships. Key Interactions: - Customers (indirectly, through bank staff, and potentially directly for complex queries). - Bank Branch Manager. - Bank Staff. Measures of Success: - Achievement of defined sales targets. - Effectiveness of Relationship Management at the Regional/Branch level.
