Experience
Minimum 7-9 years experience in Sales Operation Analyst
Job Responsibilities
· Hands on experience in SFDC.
· SFDC report, dashboard.
· Data Analytics and BI.
· Strong knowledge on MS Excel.
· Maintain the high level excel report.
· Understand the software subscription process.
· Understand the sales process.
· Understand the renewal process.
· Cross-functional stakeholder management.
· Understanding on the billing process and curate logical long-term solutions.
· Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
Essential Skills
· SFDC experience
· Advanced MS Excel skills
· Hands on experience on data analysis
· Logical thinking to solve existing problems
· Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
