Were looking for an Operations Manager to help scale and manage our lending sales engine. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of data, channel operations, and on-ground sales execution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data, managing DSA relationships, and driving performance through outcall agents.

What You&aposll Do:

-Manage end-to-end operations for the lending sales channel, including DSAs and outcall agents

-Set up and track sales targets, monitor funnel health, and drive performance across partners

-Own the reporting cadencebuild dashboards, track KPIs, and present insights to leadership

-Work closely with internal teams (sales, risk, legal, compliance) to ensure smooth ops

-Onboard and train new DSAs and outcall agents on product, processes, and tools

-Identify process gaps and run ops-led initiatives to improve productivity and conversion

What Were Looking For:

-47 years of experience in sales operations / inside sales ops

-Strong analytical skillscomfortable working with Excel, SQL, and dashboards

-Hands-on experience managing DSAs, telesales, or outbound sales channels

-Self-starter with a bias for action and ability to work across multiple teams

-Excellent communication and people management skills

-Prior experience in fintech, lending, or BFSI is a strong plus

This is a five days work from office and we are in Brookfield, Bengaluru.
