Job Description

We have openings for Crm Executive & Sales operation

Location: Pilerne

Experience: 2 6 years

Salary: 25 45k

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update CRM records and Sales Tracker daily: leads, stages, advisor status, and sources

Generate weekly sales performance reports: visits, offers sent, closures, and pipeline forecasts

Help structure and send offer letters, agreement kits, and closing summaries

Track buyer follow-ups, token stages, payment linkages, and documentation progress

Coordinate with Legal for agreement issuance and signature logs

Work with Finance to ensure real-time payment milestone updates

Build and maintain campaign-level insights: source ROI, lead aging, and agent performance

Support future CRM system rollout, migration, user testing, and team training Ideal

Candidate Profile:

24 years in real estate operations, CRM support, or sales analytics

Deep proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, CRMs (Sales Force/Zoho/HubSpot preferred)

Understands real estate sales cycles and the importance of precision

Calm, systematic, discreet with data, and committed to internal clarity

Enjoys cross-team coordination and daily updates
