Job Responsibilities
  • Business Growth Campaigns: Develop and execute campaigns to promote our services and boost brand visibility.
  • Marketing & Sales: Manage the CRM, marketing pipeline, and build sales through close collaboration with the Marketing team to design and optimize marketing materials.
  • Digital Marketing: Plan and implement digital activities such as SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, and CRM-driven engagement.
  • Market Research: Conduct research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
  • Brand Awareness: Coordinate press releases, media communications, and initiatives to boost brand recognition.
  • Event Participation: Support business development through marketing strategies and event participation both online and offline.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • You are a graduate or post-graduate in BCA, BBA, MBA, Arts, or Marketing with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience. Freshers with a strong mindset are welcome.
  • Digital Design: Familiarity with social media platforms and working knowledge of tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing software is a plus.
  • Communication & Presentation: Excellent written and spoken communication skills, and ability to create engaging reports and presentations using PowerPoint or Prezi.
  • Tech-Savvy & Analytical: Proficient in MS Office, and ideally comfortable with tools like SurveyMonkey. You are analytical, curious, and think on your feet.
  • Mindset & Commitment: Proactive, creative, ready to travel when needed, and committed to growing with us for at least 2 years.
