Graphic Design - Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing collateral. - Ensure consistency in brand identity across all platforms and campaigns. Video Editing & Storytelling - Edit raw footage into professional-quality videos (campaigns, explainers, client testimonials, reels). - Develop creative video concepts and visual narratives aligned with PadCare's ESG-driven brand voice. - Manage post-production workflows: cutting, trimming, transitions, motion graphics, effects. Audio & Multimedia Integration - Add soundtracks, effects, and voiceovers while maintaining clear, balanced audio. - Sync multimedia assets for maximum impact. Platform Optimization - Adapt visuals and videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms. - Stay updated with emerging formats to boost reach and engagement. AI & Productivity Tools - Leverage AI-driven design and editing tools to improve efficiency and output quality. What we're looking for: - 23 years of experience in B2B Social Media, Content, or Multimedia Design. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools. - Strong skills in video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling. - Basic audio editing skills (voiceover, background music, SFX integration). - Familiarity with social media content formats and trends. - Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain high creative standards. - Creative storytelling with a B2B/impact-driven lens. - Attention to detail and visual design aesthetics. - Proactive and adaptable to fast-paced campaigns. - Collaborative mindset to work with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams. - Culture Fit:Must align with PadCare's values Integrity, Entrepreneurship, Collaboration, Customer-First, Innovation.
