Left Right Mind is looking for an enthusiastic designer for digital mediums and our marketing requirements. The Graphic Designer position comes with the responsibility to create simple, powerful and aesthetic compositions for our clients. The designer role is an all-encompassing one and includes a wide range of digital initiatives. In addition to working with clients, you will be working with business, design, technology and recruitment teams to architect superior brand collateral across multiple channels. You should be able to work with strategic briefs and craft collaterals that meaningfully achieve our business objectives.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with marketing & branding teams and social media experts to design engaging artwork — brand collaterals, social media creatives and other formats.
- Creating concepts, artwork and layouts for digital projects based on creative briefs
- Work closely with user experience designers to help create functional and stunning visual designs
- Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touch-points
- The ability to effectively take direction and work both collaboratively and autonomously
- Assist in crafting Visual Design strategy for User Interfaces, creating efficient product design roadmaps & other processes that can be converted into design systems.
- Participate in business meetings, design reviews, and architecture discussions to provide design direction to the product.
- Craft high-fidelity mockups, graphics, design patterns, prototypes and demos.
- Understand our brand and the target audience to mirror our philosophy into your designs through tones, fonts and aesthetic appeal.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 4 to 6 years of visual design experience
- A solid foundation in typography, layout and color theory.
- Sound knowledge of Adobe Suite and experience in designing social media posts, media banners, documents, presentations and other innovative visual formats.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design and other related software
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote and Google slides.
- Ability to communicate with all internal and external stakeholders and articulate ideas and concepts
- Strong deadline orientation, self-governance and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work with global teams across US & India time zones
- Graduate or postgraduate with a background in visual arts or communication

**NICE TO HAVE**
- HTML and Video-editing skills.
- Experience with printing technicalities.
- 3D design exposure.
