Role Overview

As a Multimedia Design Associate at Quest Alliance, you will be responsible for driving the organisation's visual storytelling by creating engaging and impactful multimedia content. You will contribute to both creative ideation and execution, delivering high-quality communication materials for print and digital platforms that showcase the impact of our programs and campaigns.

This role combines creativity, precision, and collaboration.

- 50% Visual Design event branding, adapting master look, illustrations, and concept art.
- 30% Motion Graphics & Video Editing storyboarding, editing, documentation, and final delivery.
- 20% Ad-Hoc Design Solutions supporting programmatic and organisational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Development & Execution

- Design visually compelling materials for events, campaigns, learning content, and organisational initiatives.
- Develop multimedia assets (illustrations, infographics, motion graphics, videos) optimised for print and digital platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs for diverse audiences and channels.
- Storyboard, edit, and deliver high-quality videos and motion graphics for documentation and social media.
- Create templates, reusable assets, and style guides to streamline workflows.
- Archive all creative content systematically for easy access and reference.

Collaboration & Alignment

- Work closely with program teams, functional teams, and other designers to translate requirements into creative outputs.
- Incorporate feedback constructively from the Design Manager and project leads to refine deliverables.
- Use Jira and other project management tools to track progress, manage timelines, and ensure accountability.

Project & Workflow Management

- Prioritise tasks to meet deadlines while ensuring quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and project closure reports detailing outputs, learnings, and challenges.
- Ensure steady delivery of BAU (Business-As-Usual) design and multimedia needs in line with organisational priorities.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in multimedia design, preferably in the development or social impact sector.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and motion graphics.
- Excellent understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail.

Salary: The pay band for the position starts at Rs. 32,000/- per month (cost to company)(The salary offered will be commensurate with the experience and expertise of the candidate if applicable)
