**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Visual Content Strategist**:Develop strategies for creating visual content that resonates with target audiences across various platforms.
Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign goals and translate them into effective visual elements.

**Thumbnail and Social Media Image Creator**:Design engaging thumbnails for YouTube and other social media platforms, optimizing them for click-through rates.
Create eye-catching visuals tailored to each platform's requirements, ensuring consistent brand representation.
**Video Production Specialist**:Produce compelling videos for promotional purposes, adhering to brand guidelines and storytelling principles.
Edit videos to enhance quality, add effects, and optimize content for diverse digital channels.
**Product Multimedia Expert**:Craft informative product videos that showcase features, benefits, and uniqueness, driving sales and engagement.
Design visually appealing product posters that effectively communicate product details and generate interest.
**Brand Identity Designer**:Develop and refine logos that capture the essence, values, and identity of the brand.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets, maintaining a unified and memorable image.
**Video Editing Specialist**:Edit videos with precision, incorporating special effects, transitions, and enhancements to elevate content quality.
Collaborate with the creative team to bring ideas to life through effective video editing.
**Webinar Visual Communicator**:Create informative and engaging posters for webinars, featuring essential details and brand elements.
Design visuals that entice participation and effectively communicate webinar topics.
- Create engaging thumbnails for YouTube and various social media platforms to drive click-through rates.
- Develop captivating videos for promotional campaigns, including Google Ads videos and YouTube content.
- Craft informative product videos that highlight features and benefits, contributing to increased engagement and sales.

**Requirements**:

- A portfolio showcasing a minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, video production, and multimedia creation.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Solid understanding of design principles, composition, typography, and color theory.
- Experience in creating engaging thumbnails, videos, posters, logos, and other multimedia content.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently within deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time and tasks independently in a remote work environment.
- A passion for staying updated with design trends and a willingness to experiment with new techniques.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is a plus.
