**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Multimedia Designer or Creative Producer to lead our design team.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead and mentor a team of multimedia designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creation, to understand project requirements and provide strategic direction for design initiatives.

Oversee the planning and execution of design projects, from concept to completion, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations.

Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel, budget, and tools/software, to optimize team productivity and efficiency.

Drive innovation and creativity within the design team, staying updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in multimedia design and digital media production.

Establish and maintain design standards, processes, and workflows to ensure consistency, scalability, and brand integrity across all projects and platforms.

Act as a liaison between the design team and senior management, providing regular updates, reports, and recommendations on team performance, project status, and resource needs.

Represent the design team in meetings, presentations, and client interactions, articulating design concepts, strategies, and solutions effectively.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in multimedia design, UI/UX design, and video editing, with demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.

Demonstrated expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, with a portfolio showcasing creative video projects.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality multimedia content.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
