Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Manager responsible for distributor management in a B2B model. The role involves building and nurturing strong relationships with distributors, ensuring continuous engagement, and enabling them to drive business growth. The Business Manager will focus on enhancing product and market knowledgeboth personally and across the distributor networkto support effective business planning and execution. Key responsibilities include managing distributor relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring consistent achievement of monthly targets (MoM). The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, provide timely support, and strengthen the overall distribution ecosystem to improve business outcomes and market penetration. Qualifications - NISM V A certification with validity - Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills - Knowledge of the asset management industry and financial services sector - Proficient in business strategy development and implementation - An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is mandatory; a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is also considered. - A detail-oriented, proactive, and goal-driven approach to managing business initiatives
