Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Kochi for a Paid Campaign Manager (Meta & Google Ads). The role involves managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. Responsibilities include strategizing, creating, and executing ad campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, conducting analysis, and ensuring campaigns align with client goals. Collaboration with teams to meet project deadlines and ensure campaign success is a key aspect of the role. Qualifications - Experience in Campaign Management, including creating and optimizing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads - Strong Communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively - Proficiency in handling Campaigns, including performance analysis and reporting - Project Management skills to coordinate timelines, deliverables, and team collaboration - Understanding of Sales strategies and ability to align campaigns with sales objectives - Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and trends is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
