About the Role We are seeking a Paid Media Campaign Manager who is comfortable managing cross-channel (Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, etc) paid media campaigns for US-based e-commerce and lead generation brands and is fanatical about AI usage to empower better and faster outcomes for clients.. You will handle day-to-day media execution across platforms, dive deep into performance data, and bring a test-and-learn mindset to every campaign. This role is ideal for someone who is both a strategist and an operator, who thrives on solving complex performance challenges, enjoys building from 0 to 1, and knows how to connect data insights to creative opportunities. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management - Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Pmax, Shopping, Display, YouTube), Meta/Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads. - Manage and scale client budgets across multiple accounts, driving consistent ROAS and KPI achievement. - Analyze campaign data daily and adjust targeting, bidding, and creative to maximize performance. - Prepare performance reports using GA4, Looker Studio, Rockerbox, Supermetrics, and other attribution platforms. Strategy & Innovation - Build and test strategies across new and emerging channels (e.g., Demand Gen, CTV, Retail Media). - Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to develop performance-driven media briefs. - Forecast and model potential performance outcomes using MMM, MTA, and cross-channel attribution data. Client Collaboration - Partner closely with US-based teams and clients to align on objectives, budgets, and performance goals. - Present insights, strategic recommendations, and clear next steps in a client-facing capacity. - Proactively identify growth opportunities and communicate performance learnings. Qualifications - 5+ years managing multi-channel paid media campaigns across both Paid Search and Paid Social. - Proven success optimizing toward ROAS, CPA, CPL, and revenue targets. - Experience managing large-scale budgets ($100K+/month) across multiple brands in the english speaking markets (US strongly preferred). - Proficiency with GA4, Rockerbox, Supermetrics, Looker Studio, or equivalent tools. - Understanding of forecasting, cross-channel attribution (MMM or MTA), and incrementality testing. - Strong analytical skills, with comfort translating data into actionable strategy. - Excellent written and spoken English; able to communicate clearly and professionally with US-based clients. - Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts independently. - Hands-on experience writing creative briefs and collaborating with creative teams. - Google Ads and Meta certifications preferred; TikTok, Pinterest, or LinkedIn certifications are a plus. Ideal Candidate Profile - Managed $500K+ in monthly ad spend across a diverse portfolio of eCommerce clients. - Experience launching new channels or products from 0–1 with measurable success. - Skilled in reporting, visualization, and data storytelling through GA4 and Supermetrics. - Excels in environments that value data-driven decisions, intellectual curiosity, and collaboration. - Naturally curious, proactive, and eager to continuously test and learn. - Passionate about media innovation, AI-driven performance insights, and delivering measurable impact.
