Role Description This is a full-time, remote position for a Microsoft Products Sales Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new leads and opportunities for Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions, managing customer accounts, and providing personalized technology recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales calls, delivering product demonstrations, handling client inquiries, and negotiating deals tailored to customer needs. In addition, the role includes liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Qualifications - Strong Sales and Account Management skills to identify new opportunities, deliver presentations, close deals, and build long-term customer relationships. - Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to clearly articulate technology solutions and address client needs effectively. - Experience in Sales Operations, including managing sales processes, tracking performance, and ensuring client satisfaction. - Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms, as well as general familiarity with other Microsoft solutions, is a strong advantage. - Proficiency in using CRM tools and the ability to analyze sales data for improving strategies and operations. - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred. - Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting sales targets and deadlines.
