The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with the ability to manage a team and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. Responsibilities - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department - Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting - Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures - Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements - Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes - Prepare budgets and forecasts based on financial data analysis - Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing - Train and mentor junior accounting staff Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 8-15 years of experience in accounting or finance roles - Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP - Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
