Role & responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
  • Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and inter-company balances.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense management.
  • Ensure timely filing of returns and accurate record keeping.
  • Assist management with MIS reports and financial analysis for decision-making.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / accounting software.
  • Good understanding of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
  • Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and team coordination skills.

Preferred Profile

  • Candidates from manufacturing/export industry background will be given preference.
  • Ability to work independently and manage accounting functions end-to-end.
