Job description :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with over 1 year of experience in handling accounts, stock management, and data entry operations. The candidate should have strong working knowledge of Tally and basic accounting principles to manage day-to-day financial transactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations in Tally.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, and stock transactions.
- Perform data entry and reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and financial reports.
- Handle stock monitoring, stock in/out entries, and inventory reports.
- Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other tax-related documentation.
- Support in monthly closing and reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP (or Tally Prime).
- Good knowledge of stock/inventory accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
