Role In a Nutshell
As a Partner Enablement Specialist at BrowserStack, you will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships within our global partner ecosystem and driving the successful adoption and value realization of BrowserStack products across partner organizations. This role is primarily focused on building and nurturing strong relationships within our global partner ecosystem, ensuring they are fully equipped and proficient in leveraging BrowserStack products. A foundational technical understanding will be crucial to foster effective communication and gather valuable feedback, ultimately driving partner success and expanding the reach of BrowserStack&aposs solutions.
What You&aposll Do
- Partner Relationship & Program Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Channel Partner Leaders and their teams, serving as a primary point of contact for marketing and enablement needs.
- Ensure comprehensive onboarding, training, and continuous enablement of partner technical and sales resources, driving their proficiency and maximizing their ability to effectively position and utilize BrowserStack products.
- Participate in periodic joint business planning and review sessions with partners to ensure direct alignment between BrowserStack and Partner teams.
- Solicit, gather, and synthesize feedback from channel partners on existing programs, processes, and product capabilities, advocating for their needs internally.
- Contribute to the design, development, and management of partner enablement programs, collateral, and onboarding tools to enhance the overall partner experience.
- Enablement Delivery & Advocacy:
- Plan, organize, and facilitate impactful online and offline enablement sessions and workshops for partner teams and other internal teams to develop and deliver high-quality training materials and content.
- Coordinate and support partner-facing events as part of enablement initiatives
- Act as a key advocate for BrowserStack&aposs capabilities, benefits, and updates promoting them effectively within the partner and customer ecosystem.
- Track and measure the success of enablement programs, with a keen focus on increasing the number of enabled and certified partner practitioners, alongside overall business impact.
- Technical Liaison & Feedback Loop:
- Build and deliver training programs (online, live, and workshop formats) to certify partners
- Develop partner toolkits (battlecards, playbooks, solution briefs) and measure their adoption.
- Leverage your technical understanding to build credible conversations with partner teams, understand their technical challenges, and capture their feedback effectively.
- Act as a bridge between partners and BrowserStack&aposs internal Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams, relaying partner insights and technical requirements to inform product development and strategy.
- Stay informed on automation testing trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape to provide relevant thought leadership to partners.
Who You Are
- Skills:
- Experience in partner enablement, alliances, or strategic programs (preferably with GSIs
- Strong understanding of software testing, DevOps, or cloud transformation landscapes
- Proven ability to design and scale certification/enablement programs.
- Outstanding oral and written communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing partner needs.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven and results-oriented, with a collaborative spirit that thrives in a team-oriented setting.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and leverage internal teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Engineering) to develop and deliver comprehensive enablement resources and address partner needs.
- Qualifications:
- A foundational understanding of software development, quality assurance, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with modern Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and associated toolsets (e.g., CI/CD, test automation frameworks like Selenium, Appium, Playwright, etc.).
- Ability to understand and interpret technical discussions, translating partner technical feedback into actionable insights for internal BrowserStack teams.
- A passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning in the software testing and development space.
