Role Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth in international markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads and closing business deals outside India, with a deep understanding of the IT services landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets through research, networking, and digital outreach.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored IT solutions.
- Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, virtual events, and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development/sales in the IT services sector, focusing on international markets.
Proven ability to generate leads and secure business for services like:
- UI/UX Design
- Website Development
- Mobile Application Development
- Customized CRM & ERP Development
- Shopify & E-commerce Site Development
- Strong understanding of global business culture and client expectations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
Preferred:
- Existing network of international clients.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, and other digital lead-generation platforms.
- Basic understanding of technology to bridge client and developer communication effectively.
