- Position Title: Business Development Manager
- Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years
- Location: Mumbai
- Work Timings (IST): 8:30 PM to 3:00 AM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy tailored for U.S. hospitality employers.
- Build, nurture, and manage B2B relationships through proactive communication and regular follow-ups.
- Represent the company in virtual meetings and presentations with decision-makers across the U.S. hospitality sector.
- Craft customized, persuasive recruitment and training proposals aligned with client needs.
- Coordinate closely with our India team to align on lead status, client updates, and conversion pipelines.
- Create business content, decks, and emails with clear, polished language and a professional tone aligned to the U.S. market.
- Continuously identify market trends, client needs, and new opportunities for collaboration.
Required Skills:
- Experience: 2-4 years of business development experience, ideally with U.S.-based companies or U.S. clients in hospitality, staffing, or training sectors.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a U.S. accent preferred.
- Mindset: Strategic thinker with a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.
- Presentation: Confident in virtual client interactions, pitch presentations, and professional negotiation.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in night shifts to align with U.S. time zones.
