Job Description :

- Identify and qualify target fintech firms and customer persona

- Identify sales opportunities and take them to closure

- Understand the offerings and USP of Qualitrix

- Coach and collaborate with inside sales team to generate leads and opportunities

- Map and build relationships with key customer stakeholders

- Coordinate with pre-sales and delivery team for proposal and pre-sales activities

- Build and maintain adequate pipeline to meet quarterly targets

- Contracting, pricing and rate negotiations - E2E sales process

- Deal and account margin management and tracking

- Build and develop account plan for mining after a deal-win

- Attend key industry events and represent Qualitrix

- Identify and develop partnerships for market development and growth

- Flexibility to travel within India at least twice a month

- Ability to operate remotely and work with distributed teams

Required Experience & Skills:

- Experience in financial services domain with existing connects - Fintechs, payment & digital banks, lending, capital markets and insurance space

- Mid-large size firms in this space

- Experience in E2E sales process for IT services firms in India - lead generation, proposal, closure and mining

- Ability to understand Qualitrix offerings & USP, and explain it to prospects - understand the products or services, their features, benefits and pricing details

- Expert in sales techniques such as sales navigator, LinkedIn

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Good communications skills, understanding of CRM (Zoho), understanding of banking clients, few key direct connects, comes from hunting thought process, good in cracking up meetings

- Experience in making proposals, pricing

- Conduct client meetings and presentations

- Experience of working in mid-large size companies

Soft Skills & Qualities:

- Leadership, working in ambiguity, ability to work independently

- Problem solver, meticulous and result oriented
