Role Description This is a full-time, on-site/ remote role based for the position of Regional Sales Head. The Regional Sales Head will oversee sales operations within the assigned region, build and maintain relationships with clients, and lead a team of sales representatives. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing accounts, analyzing market trends, and ensuring team performance aligns with organizational goals. Qualifications - Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive regional performance and achieve targets - Proficiency in Account Management and customer relationship building - Demonstrated expertise in Team Management, including motivating and leading teams - Analytical Skills to assess market trends and develop data-driven strategies - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Proven track record in a leadership role within a sales-driven organization - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred - Experience in the Bio-Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry is a significant advantage
